Hunt Club Bylaws
The name of the Hunt Club shall be Unlimited Whitetail Hunt Club. This club was established on Dec 16, 2025. Below are the current officers and the bylaws that the members have adopted.
The objectives of the Unlimited Whitetail Hunt Club are to:
Encourage the conservation and hunting of wild game, birds, and fish, preserve our forest, promote good fellowship and sportsmanship, and observe the game and fish laws.
Cultivate proper relationships between sportsmen and landowners
CONSTITUTION
ARTICLE I
Section 1
The club shall be known as the Unlimited Whitetail Hunt Club and shall be referred to as the club.
Section 2
The club may lease tracts of land in order to obtain hunting and motorized vehicles privileges.
Section 3
The club may regulate the taking of game or fish within the leases.
ARTICLE II
Section 1
The officers of the club shall be a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
Section 2
The officers shall be elected to serve a four-year term or, in the event of a vacancy, part of an unexpired term.
Section 3
The fiscal year shall begin July 1 and end June 30, and the officers for the following year will be elected at the first regular meeting in June.
ARTICLE III
Section 1
All money received will be given to the Treasurer, who shall receive and deposit it to keep proper records of all money received and expended. The club app or website may also be used to sign agreements and make payments.
Section 2
There shall be 2 signers on the club bank account. The President and the Treasurer.
Section 3
The President may appoint a committee to audit the Treasurer’s Books at any time.
Section 4
In the event it becomes necessary to dissolve this club, all money and all property shall be divided equally among all members in good standing.
ARTICLE IV
Section 1
It shall take at least two officers and five non-officer members to conduct a meeting.
ARTICLE V
Section 1
This constitution may be amended, altered, or repealed by a majority affirmative vote of the total membership in good standing present at any monthly meeting.
BY-LAWS
ARTICLE I
VOTE
Section 1
Each member shall be “entitled” to one vote; spouses and children do not have voting rights within the club, only full members. Youth paying members are also entitled to vote.
Section 2
The majority vote shall govern all issues before the club, unless otherwise specified.
ARTICLE II
DUES
Section 1
The membership dues shall be payable in advance each year. This fee can be changed by lease cost and membership approval. No membership cards will be issued without advance payment. Dues to be decided on at the January meeting.
ARTICLE III
MEMBERSHIP
Section 1
Only members of the club are permitted to hunt or fish, or operate motorized vehicles on the leased land of the club. However, a member’s rights and privileges shall extend to include their spouse and children still living in the household to be on the property and allowed to mushroom and shed hunt. And other hunting activity by family members will need either a full membership or a guest membership.
Section 2
Membership cards must be carried on the person while hunting or fishing on the club leases. Members’ dependents must have the member’s membership number on their person at all times when on club property. All motorized vehicles operated on club property must display a vehicle club tag visible at all times.
Guest hunting passes must show the member's number, name, and the guest's name. Each pass is good for the dates specified and paid for in advance.
ARTICLE IV
MEETING
Section 1
The club’s regular meeting is held at the Troyer Websites office on the first Monday of June and January at 7:00 pm, excluding holidays. If additional meetings are required, they will be posted in the WhatsApp group chat.
ARTICLE V
PRESIDENT
Section 1
The president shall preside at all meetings, appoint committees, and supervise all business of the club. In the absence of the President, the Vice-President shall preside.
ARTICLE VI
Section 1
A club member on the club lease shall conduct himself as a sportsman and gentleman. Will abide by the game and fish laws and the rules of safety.
Section 2
A member shall be responsible for the actions of his guest at all times.
Section 3
A member shall assist in the protection of life and property from fire and destruction and cooperate with Conservation Officers exercising their duties.
ARTICLE VII
PENALTY
Section 1
Failure to comply with the Constitution and any bylaws or rules of this club may be considered just cause for revoking a membership.
Section 2
Charges against a member shall be in writing by the accuser, investigated by a committee appointed by the President, who will report to the President. The Secretary will then inform the accused of the charges. If the charges are found to be false, the accuser stands to be voted out of the club.
Section 3
A revoked membership will be reinstated only by ta two-thirds “yes” vote of all members present at a monthly meeting.
Section 4
A member can only attempt reinstatement one time and must inform the club one month in advance.
Section 5
No member can bring, as a guest at any time, a member who has had their membership revoked.
Section 6
Bear hunting with dogs is permitted whenever legal.

Club RULES
1. Members shall not destroy or throw away locks on club property, or allow access to non-members
2. Members must conduct themselves as gentleman and sportsman at all times while on club property, as well as at club meetings or club functions.
3. Members must display tags visibly on all motorized vehicles at all times. e-Bikes do not need tags.
4. Members may not ride motorized vehicles with non-members; however, they may have a non-member ride with them on the same motorized vehicle, provided that multiple riders are safely permitted under the manufacturer's specifications.
5. Four Points on one side whitetail antler restrictions. Any buck that is shot with less than that shall incur a $100 fine. Wounded deer or previously agreed-upon "Cull bucks" are excluded from the fines. If you shoot a button buck, there is a $20 fine.
6. Campsites must be kept clean at all times, and if a camper leaves the campsite, nothing can be left behind.
7. Camping rules have been changed a lot in the past and could be changed at any time by the land owner.
8. Whoever shoots the biggest buck gets a free membership next year.
9. There shall be a maximum of 20 members for the year 2026/2027. This number may be changed once we know the quantity of wildlife on this lease.
10. Guest passes are limited to 1 pass per year per member and a limit of 1 person per pass. Guest passes are $250 per day per adult, and $100 per day per youth. (17 and under)
11. Exceptions can be made at the discretion and pre-approval of club officers.
12. If a guest becomes a member the same year, another guest pass can be issued to the member who brought the guest.
13. Absolutely no deer drives.
14. No dirt bikes or racing ATVs allowed on the property. Hunting ATVs, UTVs (side-by-sides), and e-Bikes are allowed.
15. Every hunter shall bring 1 treestand or hunting blind. Each stand shall be marked on OnX hunt app, and the location shared in the WhatsApp group chat. Each stand/blind location shall have a number.
16. Each hunter shall check in and check out every time they are on the property. The process will be determined once we know how good phone service we have on the property. The preferred method is via an app. If phone service is not good we will have a shack and off-line process at the gate.
17. Membership dues are $1,000 per year for adults and $500 for youth (17 and under). Youth age eligibility is determined by the date you are paying.
The primary goal is to have fun, stay safe, and be an ethical sportsman. The club's goal is to build up money towards owning land with a lodge on it. The lodge will be for all members to use and rented out on Airbnb when not in use.
