OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

By entering the Unlimited Whitetail Hunting 2027 Hunt Giveaway (“Giveaway”), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration of this Giveaway and the awarding of all prizes.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Sept 26, 2026 at 12:00 am Eastern Time and ends on December 24 at 12 pm Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Winners will be randomly selected on or about 12/25/26.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entrants must be legally eligible to receive the applicable prize.

Grand Prize Eligibility

Current members of Unlimited Whitetail Hunt Club and immediate family members of Unlimited Whitetail Hunting ownership/management are not eligible to win the Grand Prize hunting package.

For purposes of these rules, immediate family includes spouse, parents, children, siblings and members of the same household.

Current Unlimited Whitetail Hunt Club members remain eligible to win the Second Prize or Third Prize Cabela's gift cards.

Employees, officers, owners, agents and others directly involved in administering the Giveaway may be excluded from winning where required by law or determined necessary by Sponsor to preserve the fairness of the Giveaway.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

Entries must be submitted through the official Unlimited Whitetail Hunting Giveaway entry form hosted through Gleam or another entry page designated by Sponsor.

An entrant will be asked to provide information such as his or her name and email address.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

Sponsor may make additional free methods of entry available through the official entry form, including referral opportunities or other promotional actions.

The number and type of eligible entries available will be clearly displayed on the official entry form.

Purchasing merchandise is not required to enter and will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

Following, liking, viewing, commenting on or subscribing to Unlimited Whitetail Hunting's social-media accounts is appreciated but is not required to purchase an entry or win a prize unless specifically permitted by the applicable platform's rules and these Official Rules.

Automated entries, fraudulent entries, entries created using false identities, duplicate accounts or attempts to improperly manipulate the Giveaway may be disqualified.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

5. Prizes

Three prizes will be awarded.

GRAND PRIZE — 2027 West Virginia Hunting Experience

Approximate Retail Value: $1,250

The Grand Prize consists of:

• One three-day guest hunting pass to the Unlimited Whitetail Hunt Club property in southern West Virginia.
• Access to approximately 2,000 acres of club hunting property during the selected hunt.
• Guest-pass value of $250 per day, or $750 total.
• $500 provided to the winner to assist with travel and hunting-related expenses.
• Camper, camping or other lodging accommodations provided by Sponsor for the three-day hunt.
• A cameraman may be provided at no additional charge upon advance request and reasonable scheduling with Sponsor.

The hunt must take place during the 2027 calendar year.

The winner may select an eligible three-day hunting period for:

• Spring turkey hunting;
• Fall deer hunting;
• Fall black bear hunting; or
• A period during which West Virginia deer and black bear seasons legally overlap.

The selected dates must fall within the applicable 2027 West Virginia hunting season for the species being pursued and are subject to property availability and reasonable scheduling with Unlimited Whitetail Hunting.

The Grand Prize is not a commercially guided hunt. Unlimited Whitetail Hunting members may be on the property and may choose to hunt with the winner, but no professional guide service is included or promised.

The winner may hunt any game that may legally be hunted during the winner's selected dates, provided the winner possesses all required licenses, stamps, permits and tags and follows all applicable laws and regulations.

Expenses Not Included

Unless specifically stated otherwise in these Official Rules, the Grand Prize winner is responsible for his or her own:

• Transportation to and from the hunting property;
• Hunting licenses;
• Tags;
• Permits and stamps;
• Firearms, bows, ammunition and hunting equipment;
• Clothing and personal gear;
• Food and meals;
• Fuel;
• Hunting equipment;
• Taxidermy;
• Meat processing;
• Shipping;
• Medical expenses;
• Personal expenses; and
• Any other expenses associated with the trip.

The included $500 payment may be used by the winner toward these expenses at the winner's discretion.

SECOND PRIZE

One $500 Cabela's Gift Card.

Approximate Retail Value: $500.

THIRD PRIZE

One $250 Cabela's Gift Card.

Approximate Retail Value: $250.

6. Hunting Requirements

The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for determining and obtaining the licenses, tags, permits, stamps and other legal authorizations required to hunt in West Virginia.

The winner must comply with all applicable federal, West Virginia and local hunting laws and regulations, including season dates, bag limits, weapon restrictions, tagging requirements and hunter-safety requirements.

Nothing in these Official Rules authorizes the winner to hunt a species that is not legally open during the selected dates.

Sponsor may refuse or terminate hunting privileges if the winner violates hunting laws, acts in an unsafe manner, intentionally damages property, engages in illegal activity or creates a material safety risk to another person.

Loss of hunting privileges for these reasons will not entitle the winner to a replacement prize or cash payment.

7. Assumption of Risk and Required Documents

Hunting and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks, including but not limited to firearms, archery equipment, wildlife, tree stands, ATVs/UTVs, uneven terrain, weather, falling objects, slips and falls and other natural or man-made hazards.

Before participating in the Grand Prize hunt, the winner may be required to sign:

• A liability release;
• An assumption-of-risk agreement;
• A property or hunting-club waiver;
• Eligibility verification documents;
• A publicity/media release where applicable; and
• Any other reasonable documentation required by Sponsor or the landowner.

Failure or refusal to execute required documents may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by a random drawing from eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The Grand Prize drawing will include only entrants who are eligible to win the hunting package under these Official Rules.

Current club members who are otherwise eligible may remain in the drawing for the Second and Third Prizes.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility, winner selection and administration of the Giveaway are final to the extent permitted by law.

9. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number submitted with their Giveaway entry.

Official winner emails will come from:

info@unlimitedwhitetailhunting.com

Unlimited Whitetail Hunting will never require a winner to pay a fee, provide gift cards, send cryptocurrency or make a purchase in order to claim a prize.

Messages claiming to be from Unlimited Whitetail Hunting that originate from another email address should be treated with caution and may be fraudulent.

Potential winners must respond within 72 hours after the initial winner notification unless Sponsor provides additional time in writing.

If a potential winner:

• Does not respond within the required time;
• Cannot be contacted;
• Is found to be ineligible;
• Refuses the prize;
• Cannot legally participate in the prize;
• Fails to provide requested eligibility information; or
• Refuses to sign required documents,

the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

10. No Cash Alternative or Transfer

The Grand Prize hunting experience may not be exchanged for its stated retail value in cash.

If the Grand Prize winner chooses not to participate in the hunt, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select another eligible winner.

The included $500 travel/hunt allowance is part of the Grand Prize package and is not separately payable to a winner who declines the hunting package.

Prizes may not be sold, transferred or assigned to another person without the prior written approval of Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

11. Scheduling the Grand Prize Hunt

The Grand Prize hunt must occur during 2027.

Winner and Sponsor will work together in good faith to select an eligible three-day period.

Hunt dates must comply with applicable West Virginia hunting seasons and regulations.

Dates are also subject to reasonable property, lodging and Sponsor availability.

The Grand Prize winner is encouraged to contact Sponsor and schedule the hunt as early as reasonably possible after winning.

If the winner fails to reasonably cooperate in scheduling the hunt or fails to use the prize during 2027, the unused hunt may be considered forfeited unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing.

12. Weather and Conditions Beyond Sponsor's Control

Hunting success is not guaranteed.

Sponsor makes no guarantee concerning:

• Wildlife sightings;
• Weather;
• Harvest opportunities;
• Harvest success;
• Trophy size;
• Animal movement; or
• Other hunting conditions.

If severe weather, government restrictions, property closures, emergencies, changes in hunting regulations or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control prevent the hunt from taking place as originally scheduled, Sponsor and winner may attempt to select alternate eligible dates during 2027.

13. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes associated with a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

A winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or taxpayer identification information and complete an IRS Form W-9 before receiving a prize if required by law.

Sponsor may issue any required IRS tax documentation based on the value of the prize.

14. Photography, Video and Cameraman

Unlimited Whitetail Hunting creates hunting-related video and social-media content.

If the Grand Prize winner agrees to be filmed, photographs and video from the hunt may be published on Unlimited Whitetail Hunting's YouTube channel, website, social-media accounts and other media.

Any required permission for Sponsor's commercial use of the winner's name, image, voice or likeness will be addressed through a separate media/publicity release where required.

A cameraman may be made available for the winner's hunt at no additional charge with advance notice and reasonable scheduling.

Participation in filming does not change the winner's obligation to follow all hunting and safety regulations.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, award prizes, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Entrants' personal information will not be sold solely because they entered the Giveaway.

If entrants separately consent to receive marketing communications from Unlimited Whitetail Hunting, their information may also be used for that purpose in accordance with the applicable privacy policy and unsubscribe options.

By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor's collection and use of their information for administering the Giveaway as described in these Official Rules.

16. YouTube Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with YouTube or Google.

By entering, each entrant releases YouTube from any and all liability arising from or related to this Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

The Giveaway and all entries must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.

Any entry or conduct that violates the YouTube Community Guidelines may be disqualified.

Nothing in the Giveaway should be interpreted as stating or implying that YouTube endorses Unlimited Whitetail Hunting or this Giveaway.

17. Facebook, Instagram and Other Social Platforms

If this Giveaway is advertised on Facebook, Instagram or another social-media platform, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with those platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.

Entrants release applicable social-media platforms from liability arising from the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

18. Cabela's / Bass Pro Shops Disclaimer

Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops are not sponsors or administrators of this Giveaway and are not affiliated with Unlimited Whitetail Hunting's administration of the Giveaway unless expressly stated otherwise.

All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Gift cards are subject to the issuer's standard terms and conditions.

19. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Unlimited Whitetail Hunting, Unlimited Whitetail Hunt Club, their owners, officers, members, employees, agents and representatives from claims arising from:

• Participation in the Giveaway;
• Acceptance or use of a prize;
• Participation in hunting or outdoor activities associated with the Grand Prize;
• Travel related to the Grand Prize; or
• Technical problems affecting entry submission,

except where liability cannot legally be waived.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

20. Technical Problems and Giveaway Integrity

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or not received because of technical failures, internet outages, software errors or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to suspend, modify or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another circumstance materially compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is terminated early, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the termination.

21. Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who:

• Provides false information;
• Uses multiple identities or fraudulent accounts;
• Uses automated entry methods;
• Attempts to manipulate the drawing;
• Attempts to interfere with Sponsor's website or Giveaway software;
• Harasses Sponsor, other entrants or potential winners;
• Violates these Official Rules; or
• Violates applicable law.

22. Changes to Rules

Sponsor may make reasonable changes to these Official Rules when necessary to comply with law, correct an error or address circumstances that materially affect administration of the Giveaway.

Any material change will be posted on the official Giveaway page.

Sponsor will not materially change the Giveaway after entries have been received in a manner designed to unfairly disadvantage existing entrants.

23. Acceptance of Official Rules

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway.

If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
